HOW IS YOUR JEWELRY MADE?
Each piece is individually handcrafted in my San Francisco studio. Subtle variations in form, texture, or color are part of the process and reflect the character of each unique piece.
WHERE IS YOUR STUDIO LOCATED, AND CAN I VISIT?
My studio is in San Francisco and is open to the public twice a year during San Francisco Open Studios. You can find details on the exhibitions page. To visit outside of those times, please contact me to schedule an appointment.
CAN I PURCHASE LOCALLY?
Yes. The best way to purchase locally is directly from me at my San Francisco studio. You can contact me to schedule a visit. Select retailers also carry my jewelry.
HOW WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
Each order arrives in a Rebecca Fox Studio gift box, carefully packed inside a shipping box for protection.
CAN YOU GIFT-WRAP AND INCLUDE A NOTE?
Yes. During checkout, use the “Add a note” box to specify which items are gifts and include your message. I’ll gift wrap it and include your note.
DO YOU ACCEPT COMMISSIONS OR CUSTOM ORDERS?
Yes. Please contact me to discuss your project.
WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?
All in-stock jewelry ships within three to five business days. Pre-order items typically ship within two to four weeks. All U.S. orders ship via USPS Priority Mail, with delivery in two to five business days once your order has shipped. Domestic and international shipping costs are calculated at checkout, and you’ll receive tracking information once your package is on its way.
TAXES & DUTIES
Sales tax is calculated at checkout for orders shipped within California. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
WHAT IF MY ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED?
If your item arrives damaged, please contact me within seven days of delivery to arrange a repair or replacement at no charge. If a replacement is not in stock, please allow two to four weeks for a new piece to be made. I stand by the quality of my work and want every collector to be completely satisfied with their purchase.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
I do not offer refunds. Items may be eligible for store credit if returned within seven days of delivery and received in unworn, perfect condition in the original packaging.
To request a return for store credit, please contact me within seven days of delivery, and I will provide return shipping details. Items must be shipped back insured, with signature required. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Please do not send returns to the studio address listed on the website. Once your return is approved, I will provide the correct return address.
Rebecca Fox Studio is not responsible for loss or damage during the return process. Sale, custom, and international orders are final sale unless received damaged.
